The illegitimate interim ‘government’ is an instrument in implementing the policy of invaders in starving the people of Tigray and other ill intentions. It is also busy working on how to remove the helpless people from the schools and avoid their presence to watchful eyes. It is evident that working with the invader and its surrogates in providing aid in Tigray is a futile exercise.
Thus, we would like to ask this respected organization to distance itself from a joint investigation with the EHRC and continue to insist for a full, independent and international investigation of the crimes committed in Tigray.
A dialogue process cannot be implemented without an active participation of the international community. The international community should also take note of the fact that the people of Tigray are left without a state and government that protect their interest.
Their demands are targeted at the international community and include the immediate withdrawal of Eritrean army and Amhara militia, access to humanitarian aid and media, and independent investigation of crimes of atrocities and end to war and a start of negotiation.
